Welcome to www.leadwithbalance.org. By using this website and booking services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

3. Booking and Payment 

  • You can book time slots for coaching or therapy sessions through the website. 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time slot. 

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the session.

5. Refund Policy 

  • Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.

6. Limitation of Liability 

  • The service provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. 

  • The service provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the sessions. 

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their own well-being and for seeking additional professional help if needed.

7. Privacy 
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
